Pernille
hey pernille thanks so much for the enthusiasm – i really appreciate it from someone with such a discerning view of dar and its aesthetics how long are u in town for? i am in uk at the mo but back in dar on teh 11th…would be great to meet up if u around and facny a coffee or something am thinking coastal tz next… lots of folk suggested znz but i feel thats too predictable and i wanna focus on the more unsung wonders of tz… like tanga and pangani and lindi and mikindani etc etc etc etc! sarah
just came across your blogs, via pernille’s twitter feed. This is amazing and inspiring. I really want to buy the book, any chance of arranging it to come to Addis (I would be happy to send you money via WU for a copy and posting.
And come and sketch in Addis, I’ll host you for free 🙂
My wonderful mom and sis got me your vitumbua painting at your art show for my birthday, knowing that this is my favourite morning pastry. it will be hanging up soon in our house in the bronx, new york! and i got the book for my husband. love it. congrats and look forward to seeing more.
How can I get in touch with you?
